Puro del Duca

The name comes from the location of the vineyard, in the locality of Costa del Duca in the municipality of Castelvenere. Vinified alone, it is a complex wine with great personality, good alcohol content and high structure

The grapes are harvested by the end of October, beginning of November. The vinification involves the maceration of the skins, at a controlled fermentation temperature of no more than 26 degrees, until the end of fermentation which usually lasts about 20 - 25 days. Then it remains for 6 - 8 months in oak barrels before completing its aging in bottle. Meditation wine, full-bodied, important.
